Second Post of the Day: Two Things Challenge - Green and Gold
Please, do not turn me in to the DAILY photo blog police for posting two times in one day. I am taking a few days off and have time on my hands so thought I would post another. If they find out about this I my get drummed out of the corp of bloggers. Not to mention they will quit paying me the big bucks for my contributions.

I have been a frequenter of Dusty Len's Minneapolis daily photo blog recently. If you haven't looked at his blog then click on that link right now and have a look. His photos are spectacular and are a source of photo-inspiration to me. Well I noticed the green and gold challenge image DL posted. So, having been inspired as I mentioned, I thought I would participate. Here is my contribution.

The colors around here are not nearly as spectacular as the northern tundra. On the other hand, I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt when I took this picture and feeling quite comfortable!

Looks like a great shorts and t-shirt photo. I noticed this week a few more trees turning. I was thinking about trying to head out to Lake Tawakoni this weekend to try to get some pics.
I hope your family has a great holiday.
I too was out taking photos today in my front yard and I was also wearing a t-shirt. It's a beautiful day out there AND we have the beautiful fall colors. They may not be as spectacular, but they're all I've ever known. I'm from around these parts, ya know!
Bravo! This is like living through autumn again! This pic is alive with vibrant colors.
Sad to say up here our trees are bare of leaves. Ice has formed on the ponds. The low was 17 F., We're wearing windbreakers now. ;) Thank you for your compliments, I greatly appreciate them.
Niiiice. (that's nice, with infection :)
Don't forget to join the Apples/oranges 2 things challenge this week by Sunday.
You still have leaves? That's just plain not fair. :) Beautiful framing of this shot Dan.
Great contribution, Dan! Welcome to 2 Things Challenge. Hope you'll continue to participate with us. I've added a link to your contribution as part of last Sunday's interpretations. Check it out here.
